Gel

Finally got a good gel! Thanks to tips from this cook and this post!

  1. I had no idea the broth was supposed to gel, mine definitely does not but I use an already cooked chicken carcess and I probably have the heat too high. What tips did you use?

  2. Heat down. Less time on the stove (24 hours). And 2 carcasses/pot rather than one. At least I think that's what finally did the trick.
