I had no idea the broth was supposed to gel, mine definitely does not but I use an already cooked chicken carcess and I probably have the heat too high. What tips did you use?
Enjoys good food, long walks, reading, and writing. Currently learning more about traditional cooking, gardening, and potty training. Wants to travel more, spend more time with the family, and share more drinks with friends.

ReplyDeleteHeat down. Less time on the stove (24 hours). And 2 carcasses/pot rather than one. At least I think that's what finally did the trick.
