This is a wonderful, healthy menu plan. I like that you make a note of when to start sprouting. I am bookmarking the pancakes - my kids love starting sourdough, but it never 'works' as bread so I might need to perfect pancakes for a while first.
ReplyDeleteI'm having sourdough issues too ... which is why I used a lot of it up on the pancakes!
